I also LOVE food!  I also know that in addition to preparing wonderful balanced physical meals(loved your tips), it behooves us to pay attention to our emotional , mental and spiritual food as well.  Since everything is energy, food is a fabulous place to start with mindfulness. Healthy bodies make it easier, there is no doubt about it!

The real dessert comes when we feed ourselves the most loving, compassionate thoughts, have emotional compassion toward others, and connect to the most amazing and compassionate food source of all:  our Spirit.</description>
