Each night, we go to sleep, and each night we dream…

Welcome to DreamTracking™ and thank you for visiting my website.

“Dreams offer themselves to all. They are oracles, always
ready to serve as our quiet and unerring counselors.”
~Synesius of Cyrene around 400 C.E.

Each night, we go to sleep, and each night we dream. We enter into a world of unfamiliar territory where bizarre stories unfold, visions are shared, and symbolic imagery is the common language. Everyone dreams, but not everyone remembers their dreams. If they do, it’s often a dream from childhood, a reoccurring dream or one that leaves a very strong emotional impression.

So often we have been taught as a society that dreams are unimportant. We are told that they are meaningless visions of the night that have nothing to do with “real” life.

However, our dreams are important, and you do have the ability, every night, to receive guidance and direction in all aspects of your life, from your dreams. We spend one-third of our precious lives sleeping and that’s a lot of time! How many of us utilize that time however for the betterment of our souls growth?

Throughout History and all over the world, dreams have been a source of guidance, mystery and divinity.

Dreams have the ability to bridge the world of matter with the world of spirit, by accessing a realm in which the imagination is free to express itself using it’s own, symbolic language, tying in imagery, emotions, soul, and all of the senses. Plato called dreams, “the between state”, a real place where the human soul went during sleep to meet the Gods and demigods who were otherwise inaccessible.

If we do not pay attention to our dreams, we do not have the same ability to access invaluable guidance and resource.  Dreams are our inner teacher, there for us to learn from and with.  We have the choice to utilize that 1/3 of our lives that we spend dreaming for the betterment of who we are, and who we want to become.

Dreams also give us the opportunity to have fun and to connect to our creative sides.  Many well-known people have been inspired by their dreams to write books and music, create inventions and so much more.  To see some examples of how people acted on their dreams, click here:  Dream Inspired Creations.

If you are interested in learning how to work with your dreams and understand how they are responding to you and your life, then you are in the right place.  I will help you decipher the information and messages that present themselves in your dreams so that you will learn what to pay attention to and how to utilize their guidance in your everyday life.
